Download creatix.exe from this page.

What do I do with it?­Go to where you hav
stored the update file and double click on it.
Follow the screen instructions for installation.
Note: Some update files will self-extract to th
hard drive.

Why do I need it?­

This firmware update is designed to make the CD-RW drive compatible
with the software applications in Microsoft(R) Windows XP.
